The Hive is such a lovely coffee shop with a fantastic, cozy atmosphere. The beautiful, unique decor makes it a great spot to relax or get some work done. Their coffee is excellent and there is always a great selection of high-quality drinks to choose from. The friendly and inviting staff makes every visit a pleasant experience, and their baked goods are also delicious.

Outside of Spencer’s in Bowling Green, The Hive in Glasgow is the best coffee shop I’ve visited in central KY. I’d give them 4.5 stars if that was an option, but there’s definitely not enough to knock a full star off. The atmosphere here is quite impressive. They’ve managed to keep a lot of the historic vibes of the building with some updates making the space modern, inviting & cozy. The baked goods are top notch. We tried a chocolate chip cookie bar & gluten free cinnamon muffin. Both were delicious, making us want to try more in the future as all items looked great in their pastry case. Regarding the coffee, for a newer shop it’s good & in time could likely be great. I look forward to watching them grow & really dial in their offerings. Overall though, The Hive is a very solid option & welcomed addition to the area.

Had coffee with our family before heading to Mammoth Cave! Beautiful atmosphere, I had a cappuccino with a little bit of caramel, absolutely delicious!

The place itself has a fantastic, cozy feel, the coffees are amazing, and they have enough gluten free options that I don’t feel left out! The rest of the case looked great too. Completely honestly, this place feels expensive, which makes it a treat over a habit for me. However, getting a coffee and a snack and sitting for hours chatting with my friend is a real treat and this was a lovely place to do that.

Excellent drinks and atmosphere!! Wish we lived closer I would be in every day! Got the peaches and cream so refreshing! Coconut chai delicious! Muffin good. Got the buffalo croissant wish it had more in it other than cheese dip. Can’t wait to come back!

Mustang sally and buffalo chicken croissants hit the spot! White chocolate cherry muffin delicious too. Loved the spooky atmosphere of this chill joint. And the upstairs seating is awesome too. Definitely plan to try more drinks and pastries.

This is one of my favorite coffee shops I’ve ever been in. I don’t even like coffee but their other options are delicious so I keep coming back. I love that their sugar free syrups have stevia and not all the fake sugars. And you can tell this place was designed with community in mind. It’s a place you can sit and chat as long as you like or you can get plenty of work done, all while looking out the window at the beautiful square in downtown Glasgow. I looked forward to this place opening the moment I heard they were renovating, and a year after they opened, I can say it not only lived up to every expectation but exceeded them! Great addition to downtown Glasgow!

Excellent service! The coffee was very good and the pastries sublime. The space was open and inviting with loads of seating and plenty of light, both electric and natural. The only thing I disliked about The Hive was the 400 mile drive! It could easily be a favorite spot if it were closer.

Absolutely /immaculate/ vibes. Couldn’t pass up stopping in this cute coffee shop on my trip and boy am I glad I tried it out! I’ve never seen a more beautiful coffee shop! Someone could easily have a micro wedding in here because holy moly the aesthetic is just so well put together! The shop was very quiet when I came in and quite a few customers stopped in after I got there! Tried the “Mustang Sally” iced and subbed coconut milk. Delicious! I absolutely adore all the personal touches throughout the shop and the barista was very friendly. Will absolutely stop again the next time I’m in Glasgow!
